Role:- Technical Architect

Skills

Architecture & System Design:

• Strong experience designing distributed systems, microservices, and modular architectures.
• Ability to evaluate legacy systems and define modernization strategies.

 Cloud & Infrastructure Expertise:

• Deep understanding of multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Hands-on familiarity with Kubernetes, networking, storage, and identity architecture.

Technology Depth:

• Proficiency across Golang/Python services and React-based frontends.
• Ability to perform deep-dive analysis into performance, scalability, and integration patterns.

Documentation & Decision-Making:

• Experience writing Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), high-level designs, and reference architectures.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for cross-functional audiences.

Responsibilities:-

Architecture Ownership

• Define system architecture and guide the tech direction across components/services.
• Create ADRs, target-state architectures, and modernization pathways.

 Technical Governance

• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, coding, and cloud standards.
• Review designs and implementations across engineering team.

Stakeholder Alignment

• Collaborate with client architect, product leaders, and engineering teams to align architectural decisions.
• Provide architectural mentoring to developers and technical leads.

 Performance & Future State Planning

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.
• Drive long-term technical strategy and roadmap.
