- Full-Cycle Implementation: Lead the design, management, and execution of end-to-end Braze implementations, ensuring seamless configuration and scalability.
- Solution Architecture: Architect and implement SDKs, tags, REST API integrations, and connectors to enable accurate data ingestion and orchestration across multiple channels.
- Client Discovery & Consultation: Collaborate with clients during discovery stages to understand requirements, translate them into proposals, and provide expert guidance on best practices.
- Technical Documentation: Translate business requirements into detailed technical design documents, BRDs, and integration blueprints.
- Integration & Data Flow: Design, architect, and troubleshoot data flows between Braze and external platforms (CRMs, CDPs, data warehouses, and mobile/web apps).
- Cross-Channel Orchestration: Enable advanced personalization, segmentation, and orchestration across email, push, SMS, in-app messaging, and webhooks.
- Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning Braze technical capabilities with broader marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- 8+ years of experience in a technical marketing role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, Senior Marketing Engineer) within large-scale enterprise environments.
- 3–5+ years of direct, hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale solutions on Braze.
- Deep expertise in Braze Canvas, data models, segmentation, personalization with Liquid, and cross-channel campaign orchestration.
- Demonstrable expertise in integrating Braze with other systems using REST APIs and SDKs, including troubleshooting data pipelines.
- Proven experience translating complex business requirements into detailed technical designs and guiding solutions through a structured delivery lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data modelling, and identity resolution concepts in a marketing context.
- Braze Certified Technical Architect certification (strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with data platforms such as Google BigQuery, HighTouch, and CDPs.
- Experience working with data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and data visualization tools.
- Exposure to cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) in data integration and marketing automation contexts.
