Role:-

We are looking for a Senior Technical Architect to provide technical leadership on an established, large-scale enterprise digital program (a running account with multi-year continuity). This is a hands-on-enough architecture leadership role: you will own the technical quality of the platform end to end, drive estimation and solutioning, and act as the guardian of non-functional requirements — security, performance, accessibility, and analytics/observability — across every release.

The right person is equally comfortable in an architecture review, an estimation workshop, and a client-facing solution conversation, and can hold the technical line on a mature codebase while continuously modernizing it. The role is not tied to a single account — you will be expected to bring architecture leadership across engagements as needs evolve.

What You'll Own

Architecture & Solution Design

Define and evolve the end-to-end architecture for enterprise web, mobile, and CMS-driven applications on the account.

Design composable, headless, API-first, and microservices-based solutions that are scalable, secure, and high-performing.

Establish and maintain architecture standards, design principles, and governance frameworks.

Lead technical discovery, solution roadmaps, and modernization planning.

CMS & Digital Experience Platforms

Architect enterprise CMS/DXP solutions, including headless and hybrid patterns.

Define content modeling, personalization, localization, workflow, and publishing strategies.

Lead CMS migrations, upgrades, and modernization programs.

Integrate the CMS with CRM, CDP, DAM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

Technical Leadership & Quality

Provide technical leadership across front-end and back-end engineering teams.

Own coding standards, architecture reviews, performance tuning, and secure-by-design practices.

Define reusable components, shared platform services, and API contracts.

Cloud & DevOps

Architect cloud-native solutions and own CI/CD, IaC, containerization, and orchestration.

Define observability, monitoring, logging, and DR frameworks.

Estimation & Stakeholder Management

Lead effort estimation, solution costing, and pre-sales / proposal support for the account.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Partner with product owners, delivery managers, and client stakeholders; mentor the team.

Must-Have (Required)

Experience & Leadership

12+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years as a Technical / Solution Architect.

Proven track record delivering and sustaining large-scale CMS/DXP programs, ideally on an established / running enterprise account.

Demonstrated ownership of technical quality, estimation, and stakeholder communication.

CMS / DXP

Deep, hands-on — architecture experience with at least one enterprise CMS/DXP — e.g., Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentful, or Drupal.

Practical experience with headless / hybrid / composable CMS patterns, content modeling, personalization, and multi-locale publishing.

Experience leading a CMS migration or modernization program.

Front-End Architecture

Deep hands-on experience with at least one modern JS framework (React, Angular, Vue, or Next.js) and strong command of TypeScript / ES6+.

Component / design-system thinking and front-end performance ownership. (Breadth across multiple frameworks is a plus, not a requirement.)

Back-End / Services Architecture

Depth in at least one server-side stack (.NET Core, Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python).

Strong REST and/or GraphQL API design.

Distributed & Integration Architecture

      API-first and microservices design.

Event-driven architecture, pub/sub, and messaging/streaming (e.g., Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or equivalent); reactive patterns.

Cloud & DevOps

Cloud-native architecture on at least one major cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and containerization/orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).

Data

Polyglot persistence — comfortable with at least one relational and one NoSQL store; able to make sound data-modeling and caching decisions.

Non-Functional Requirements (core to this role)

Demonstrable ownership of security (secure-by-design, OWASP, IAM concepts), performance & scalability, accessibility (WCAG), and analytics/observability.
