Job overview:

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Associate to join our Global Data Collection team. The ideal candidate should be a team player who fosters positivity, is proactive in identifying business opportunities, understands the key variables impacting study success, and effectively utilizes available resources. The candidate should also have a deep understanding of data quality procedures, display strong project management skills, be a strong communicator, and build relationships across teams and with vendors. The ability to understand various technologies and gather accurate and thorough bids for all methodologies is also required.

Responsibilities:

1.         Promote team spirit and positive morale: Show enthusiasm for team membership, participate actively in company-wide initiatives, and engage in departmental and corporate events to strengthen team connections.

2.         Drive process improvements for business impact: Proactively seek out inefficiencies, propose innovative solutions, and lead the implementation of process enhancements to optimize performance.

3.         Master key study success variables: Develop a strong grasp of essential concepts like click-to-pop sampling, manage sample deployments, and understand incidence rates and sample dispositions.

4.         Leverage resources for optimal results: Work with managers to brainstorm effective solutions, refer to insights from past studies, and apply best practice guides to refine work processes.

5.         Implement data quality procedures: Understand the purpose of quality control (QC) checks, integrate them into study protocols, review results, and collaborate with senior field personnel for continuous improvements.

6.         Contribute to study execution: Conduct thorough reviews of screeners and questionnaires, provide constructive feedback, manage reporting effectively, and actively participate in ALERT meetings.

7.         Exhibit strong project management skills: Navigate complex online and qualitative research methods, produce detailed progress reports, address project challenges, and maintain budgets effectively.

8.         Communicate effectively: Keep communication channels open across field, project, and vendor teams to facilitate timely, actionable information sharing.

9.         Build and maintain strong relationships: Cultivate professional relationships with colleagues, negotiate competitive vendor prices, assist team members, and understand interdepartmental roles and dependencies.

10.   Stay updated on technology: Utilize Dimensions/Decipher software, maintain proficiency in Excel, and keep up-to-date with emerging technologies in data collection.

11.   Ensure accurate bids across methodologies: Collaborate with senior field personnel to generate precise estimates, present bids to managers with clarity, and engage in strategic discussions around bids and negotiations.

Desired skills and experience:

·      4 to 8 years of relevant experience

·       A bachelor's degree in a relevant field

·       Experience in data collection or a related field

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Proficiency in Dimensions/Decipher software and Excel

·       Ability to foster a positive work environment and team spirit

·       Proven record of strong project management skills

·       Understanding of data quality procedures and methodologies
