Job Description: QA - Architect

Experience: 13+ Years

Must have: Having 13 + years of overall experience in Test Automation and 7+ years in creating, leading and managing Testing Solutions \ Test Design Architecture of multiple testing types like Manual (Functional) Testing, Manual API Testing, API - Automation Testing, Performance Testing,  and Mobile Devices.

Must have: Experience in creating and implementing Test Strategy for Test Projects with multiple testing systems, including framework coding, system installation and setup, test data and environment, CI\CD cycle.

Must have: Experience in creating Test Solutions and estimate effort for Testing requirements
Experience in providing test solutions to proposals and participate in reviewing the same.

Must Have: Hands on experience : More than 5 years’ experience or more in Selenium, Java, and Java script (or equivalent), hands on experience in Mobile testing and Mobile automation.

Must have: Good understanding of automation across various types of application front-ends such as Web, Mobile Web, Thick client and Mainframe, Mobile Devices.

Must have: Have handled due diligence, initial transition, and new implementation of automation frameworks in UFT, TOSCA, Selenium, Protractor, or similar frameworks.
Have good knowledge in overall testing and automation lifecycle across UI, API, Data, Performance and Security Testing.

Handled testing projects which cuts across manual, automation and non-functional testing.
Understand & Design AI /ML and ML & NLP based solutions.

Handled at least 10 or more team members involved preferably automation and development.
Experience in Framework Development, Selenium Java/c#/python/Ruby/JavaScript.

Must have: Experience in API Automation with Java/c#/python/Ruby/Javascript.
Experience in Mobile Automation using Android/ios.
Experience in Test Estimation.
Must have: Experience in writing Unit Test.
Experience in Performance Testing.
Database Experience. Excellent communication skills, experience in managing stakeholders and vendors, presenting solutions to client
Experience in creating and presenting technical solutions to RFPs, Sales\Proposals, New clients

Role and Responsibilities:
* Create, lead and manage Testing Solutions \ Test Design Architecture of multiple testing types
* Create and implement Test Strategy for Test Projects with multiple testing systems, including framework coding, system installation and setup, test data and environment, CI\CD cycle
* Provide Test Solutions, participate in proposals and SOWs
* Liaison with stakeholders : client, vendor, other PMs, leadership members
* Lead to develop and implement full-scale Test Strategy for Practice Line \ Business Vertical
* Develop full-scale test strategies and plans and associated communications documents/process for all testing systems in scope
* Must contribute to organizational activities, innovation, value add activities
* Plan, Bring in, implement and exhibit Continuous-Improvement
* Contribute to managing and building organizational assets, knowledge base and repository
* Test Designs and Architectures of Delivery Projects
* Framework support and periodic technical reviews
* Represent DelEx in proposals for Solutions
* Be responsible for technical issue troubleshooting, tech client escalations
* Manage and maintain tech risks and issues on Del Ex by project and as a whole
* QA Process management
* Test management
* Time Management across responsibilities.
