Job Overview: 
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Associate Director of Product Management to lead and drive product strategy, product development and growth initiatives for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of expertise in product strategy, consulting, development, and engineering, with a sharp focus on market analysis and driving revenue growth, partnering with clients to solve complex problems across industries. This leadership role requires an innovative thinker who is equally comfortable with shaping long-term product vision and delivering high-impact, customer-centric solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Product Strategy: Partner with client’s business and brand stakeholders on the formulation and execution of product strategies. Define clear product visions and align them with business objectives, customer needs, and market demands. Ensure that product roadmaps reflect both short-term deliverables and long-term growth opportunities. 

• Product Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, including client C-suite and executive leadership, business units, and customers, providing insights and recommendations on product direction and market positioning. 

• Product Development & Delivery: Oversee product lifecycle, ensuring focus on product quality. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (research, engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure high-quality product launches. 

• Product Engineering: Partner with the engineering team to ensure that product requirements are clearly defined, feasible, and aligned with the technical capabilities. Advocate for product excellence and continuous improvement. 

• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer feedback to drive product innovation. 

• Growth & Revenue Centricity: Track key performance metrics, identify areas for optimization, and collaborate with client on go-to-market strategies to maximize product impact. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Experience: Minimum of 13 years in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role. 

• Proven expertise in developing and executing product strategies that result in market success and revenue growth. Prior experience in entrepreneurship and running a business is a plus. 

• Hands-on experience in product development and engineering, with an understanding of technical constraints and opportunities. 

• Strong market analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. 

• Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders. 

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum & Kanban, product lifecycle management, and data-driven decision-making. 

• A results-oriented mindset with an ability to work with ambiguity. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Education: MBA or business management-related postgraduate degree 

• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana. Knowledge of SAFe is an advantage. 

• Strong understanding of digital products and SaaS 

• Track record of successful product launches and growth strategies
