Job Summary: The Manager Business Consulting, Strategy and Product Ownership, will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and business growth strategies and overseeing the lifecycle of customer engagement projects for our clients. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing capabilities, drive customer engagement, and optimize the use of Martech tools and platforms. Fluency in data analysis and interpretation is crucial for this role, as it will inform various aspects of strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Consulting:
· Provide expert consulting on customer engagement, Business growth, Digital Strategy, Digital Product Management, Experience Strategy and Customer Data Strategy.
- Product Ownership:
· Lead the product management lifecycle, including defining product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
· Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects.
- Customer Engagement:
· Design and implement customer engagement strategies utilizing popular tools to deliver personalized, relevant, and timely interactions.
· Analyze customer data and behaviors to inform engagement tactics and improve the overall customer journey.
- Collaboration and Communication:
· Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to understand business needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for key product vendors and external partners, managing relationships and negotiating contracts.
- Data Fluency:
· Utilize data analysis to inform strategic decisions and optimize various business and customer engagement initiatives.
· Prepare and present regular reports on key metrics, project status, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and clients.
- Performance Measurement and Optimization:
· Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of Martech tools and customer engagement strategies.
· Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients to enhance their marketing efforts and achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a top tier institute, B-Tech in Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-9 years of experience in marketing technology, product management, or a related field, with a proven track record of strategy development and product ownership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in customer engagement strategy and execution.
- Excellent product management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
- Strong understanding of Martech tools and platforms will be a plus (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
- Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
