Job Profile: DataOps Engineer

Exp :- 4-8 Years

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated DataOps Engineer to join our team. The role involves understanding data models across client environments, deploying new versions, maintaining existing ones, and documenting resources. Coordination with developers and customer support teams (CSTs) is essential.

Key Responsibilities
◦ Data Model Management:
◦ Understand and manage data models across different client environments.
◦ Deploy new versions of data models and maintain existing ones.
◦ Ensure data consistency and accuracy.
◦ Documentation:
◦ Document all existing resources comprehensively.
◦ Maintain up-to-date records of data models, deployments, and changes.
◦ Team Coordination:
◦ Coordinate with developers and CSTs to ensure smooth operations.
◦ Provide support and guidance to development teams, including problem-solving and debugging.
◦ Pipeline Maintenance:
◦ Manage and create new pipelines from various sources.
◦ Apply best practices within CI/CD for pipeline stabilization and data quality controls.
◦ Ensure reliable operations and data quality.

Skills and Qualifications
◦ Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL.
◦ Exposure to Databricks is a plus.
◦ Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for building and managing data pipelines.
◦ Strong communication skills.
