Position: Senior Scrum Master

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a Java-based pricing solution handling large-scale data transactions for a retail client, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
• Coordinate across distributed Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive iterative progress and continuous improvement.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and product owners to align expectations, manage priorities, and ensure clear communication.
• Maintain and track project RAIDs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), ensuring proactive mitigation and transparent reporting.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while regularly updating leadership on project health and milestones.
