Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Collaborate with the FP&A team to identify reporting requirements and implement solutions. 

  • Manage the financial metrics within Adaptive, including problem-solving any issues with current metric calculations and the creation of new metrics. This includes creating and updating formulas within the system and adapting to change requests from users.  

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system efficiency. 

  • Oversee the modeling in Adaptive and modeling updates. Maintain financial calculations and formulas.  

  • Help with the creation of new reports & dashboards in Adaptive, including template reports that can be further customized in Excel. 

  • Provide exceptional customer service to end-users by resolving Adaptive-related issues promptly. 

  • Manage security access and permissions for 50+ users within Adaptive.  

  • Pursue continuous improvement to our budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities within Adaptive to better support users.  

  • Assist with integration data imports into Adaptive.  

  • Maintain and update data mappings from our other systems that are integrated with Adaptive. 

  • Build out new levels, accounts, and dimensions in Adaptive. 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

 

  • Prior use of Workday Adaptive is a significant plus. 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or information systems 

  • Strong accounting and financial analytical skills. 

  • Experience in formula building/modeling.  

  • Detail-oriented, specifically in relation to compiling financial data and understanding complex modeling/forecasting across multiple entities and departments.  

 

Nice to Have: 

 

  • Implementation experience for Adaptive Planning 

  • Workday Pro Adaptive Planning certification
