Role Overview 

We are seeking a Learning Operations Manager with 3–5 years of experience in managing the delivery of training and learning initiatives. This individual contributor role involves coordinating global learning operations, supporting both internal and external training sessions, and ensuring seamless execution across virtual and physical formats. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Training Delivery: 

  • Oversee end-to-end logistics for global learning initiatives, including scheduling, communication, and session facilitation. 

  • Coordinate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), HRBPs, and external training providers to deliver high-quality learning experiences. 

  • Block calendars, manage participant registrations, and ensure effective communication to all stakeholders. 

  • Capture and analyze participant feedback; share actionable insights with SMEs and stakeholders. 

  • Provide support in delivering and/ or independently deliver global sessions on topics such as providing effective feedback, effective communication, Material values, etc. 

  • Ability to draft content on culture, general management, etc. will be a plus. 

  • LMS and Tools Management: 

  • Manage LinkedIn Learning and other learning platforms ensuring accurate course mapping and reporting. 

  • Track and report metrics such as participation rates, learner satisfaction scores, and training completion rates. 

  • Generate comprehensive L&D dashboards for tracking, reporting, and actionable insights. 

  • Process Optimization: 

  • Streamline processes and policies for learning operations to enhance efficiency and adherence to timelines. 

  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), guides, templates, and communication collaterals for training delivery and reporting. 

  • Stakeholder Management: 

  • Build strong relationships with SMEs and HRBPs, ensuring their needs and expectations are effectively managed. 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for learning initiatives, including vendors. 

  • Keep a track of L&D budgetary spend, coordinate with the finance & legal team to manage contracts, payments, subscriptions, etc.

  • Key Success Indicators 

  • Number of training sessions facilitated and adherence to schedules. 

  • Increased participation rates and positive learner satisfaction feedback. 

  • Development and consistent application of streamlined processes and policies. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Graduation from a recognized university. MBA in HR from a recognized institution is preferable. 

Experience: 

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Development. Consulting experience is an added advantage. 

  • Proven ability to manage both internal and external training programs. 

  • Experience in instructional design is a plus. 

Technical Skills: 

  • High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams, preferably PowerBI 

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning or similar LMS platforms is preferred. 

  • Familiarity with content development / authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, etc. is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities. 

  • Collaborative and execution-driven mindset with the ability to work effectively across global teams. 

  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
